Important Tour Information
Ticketing Policy
All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or a waitlist. Tickets are sold only through Eventbrite. Purchases made elsewhere—including resales or third-party vendors—are not guaranteed and may not be honored. The Downtown Neighborhood Association is not responsible for counterfeit or invalid tickets.
Tour Pickup
Tour headquarters will be at the Hotel Bardo, one of Savannah’s premier destinations, located at
700 Drayton Street. Tickets may be picked up on Saturday, December 13, between 9:00 a.m.
and 2:00 p.m.
Please note: Tickets are only available for pickup on the day of the tour. There is no advance pickup.

Parking Information
Information on parking in Savannah, including meters, garages, visitor parking passes, disability parking spaces and Savannah’s parking app can be found HERE.
Accessibility
Please note that most historic homes in Savannah have multiple steps and are not accessible for wheelchairs or strollers.
No photography or video allowed
Out of respect for our homeowners, no photography or videotaping inside the homes is allowed.
Footwear
High-heeled shoes are not allowed, as they may damage the historic wood floors.

Pick up your ticket at Headquarters on tour day. No early pick up.

When you buy a ticket from Eventbrite, a receipt will be sent to your email. (If it doesn’t show up, check your spam folder.) On the day of the tour, bring your Eventbrite email ticket receipt to Tour Headquarters to secure your ticket.

At Headquarters, you will receive a guidebook and wristband that will serve as your entry into all tour locations.

If you are picking up tickets for others, you must have the receipt for all purchased tickets. We are not responsible for any transfer/sales made outside our ticketing system.
